Addiction in Job Stress Time

See, we all know this, that whenever we do any work, we feel some or the other stress in it. No matter how capable you consider yourself to be, you will feel stressed for doing your work. Now here, whatever addiction you are addicted to, you start doing that addiction, when you feel any kind of stress.

Feel stress while working, addiction role in working hours and social media addiction during working stress time: –

One reason is that you start feeling anxious because of the efforts you have to put in to do that work. Because sometimes you realize that the stress you are feeling will change your entire life. You will grow even more and more in your life. Sometimes we are afraid of the hard work that we will have to put in to do that work.

Because you know that this hard work will change your entire life. And then you will not be the same as before. If you are a student then you start getting addicted to different kinds of things like smoking, tobacco, Indian gutkha, bear drinking, tea-coffee, binge watching or etc. Whatever we should not do, at least we should not do it during our working hours.

You must do it when you have lunch break. If there is no break in your work, then you should start taking a break of 1 hour after every 4-5 hours of work. Now here whenever we feel some stress during the working hours of our job, some comedy, song, dialogue starts popping up in our mind. Through which we can reduce our stress if we want.

That is why we do not have to use our social media, because that is where the story of no point of return begins on social media. And when your 5 minutes waste many of your hours, you yourself do not even realize it. In this way, you are not able to complete your work on time. So, whenever you are doing any work during your job time, then some stress is bound to come there.

So, do not follow your mind, complete your work, as soon as your work is completed you will be free from your stress.

If no stress is being created in your work, then you should understand that you have achieved excellence in that work. Only then you are not able to feel any kind of stress. And it can also happen that you feel some stress in the work you are doing for a long time. Then you should not stop doing your work even in such situations.

You have to keep doing your work, if no stress is being created in your work. Then you have to start learning how to complete your old work more quickly in such situations. That means you have to do all those things, which can save your time even more. For example, if you are a student and you have to revise several times, then you can convert your notes into a mind map.

By converting into a mind map, you can review your work even more quickly. And you can revise 5-6 pages of notes very easily through the mind map created in 1 image.

You should try to overcome your addiction during your 4-5 hours break. And if it is possible then try to do it after your 8-hour duty. Let the will power to handle that stress build up within you. Anyway, you know that you will solve your problem very comfortably, believe yourself. And during your working hours even if it is a break time or not, try to stay away from your addiction in that too.
