Careful from Travel Distraction Trap

See, the way we get addicted to many things while living in our internal world. Similarly, we get addicted to many things in our external world as well. And we are able to get rid of the addiction of our internal world with great difficulty. And when we start going out of the house even during daytime.

Then we start getting even more serious about this external world, the way we got serious about our internal world at one time. Now there are many addictions in the external world, like smoking, alcohol addiction, food addiction etc. Just like there are many addictions. Now I have started going out of the house, now I feel like exploring every single thing in this city.

Which I knew earlier only by thinking. But now I have started going out of the house even during daytime in real life. Now when we go out of the house at night, then only 10-12 people are seen around our whole city. Most of them are police and delivery bikers, there is no one else in the whole city.

And in tier-2, tier-3 cities if someone keeps his shop open at night. Then the police closes that shop by 11pm-12am at night. And then there is no difference between the whole peaceful city and our home. But when you come out in the daytime from your home to city street, then you see that everything is opposite from the night.

You should definitely go out of the house, because one day or the other you will have to go out of the house for travelling. So, just like you prefer healthy food inside your house, try to follow the same kind of healthy lifestyle outside your house as well. Do not get trapped in too much novelty addiction, just like there are a lot of distractions in the online world. Similarly we have a lot of distractions in the outside world as well.

And fix some places outside, where it is important for you to go like vegetable shops, laundry shops, libraries, college etc. You do not need to go to other places with distractions, like wine shops, prostitution areas etc.
