See, there are many things in a human’s life apart from his distractions, which have to be managed. Now we can manage many things mentally, but we also have to look after our physical health. Whatever peace we bring to ourselves mentally, irrespective of any physical problems we may have.

See, you can comfortably work for a particular number of hours with your physical problems. So, if you have to work for a longer duration, you will have to take care of your physical health as well. Now here one of the physical problems is that due to which you are not able to do any daily travelling work properly. If any part of your body is damaged, then it becomes necessary to take care of it.
And mostly every person in the world is affected by some or the other health problem. Now if any major accident happens here, then that thing becomes different. But now we are talking here about those health problems due to which we are not able to do our daily work. We also call these lifestyle diseases or non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
These are those diseases due to which we are not able to do even daily level work. Now in these lifestyle diseases, some diseases are connected with our diet, some with physical activities and some are connected with our addiction.
We can generally keep ourselves away from addiction to a certain extent, we can keep ourselves on dieting to a certain extent, we can do physical activities to a certain extent. But we always remember these things when we are busy doing some important work. Because when we are doing important work, you can take work away from yourself to a limit. Like when you are working, you stay away from your addiction for 8 hours, till then you can concentrate and do your work.
And sometimes when you work properly, then you can work for 12-16 hours without any addiction. But here if any of your diet, physical activities, addiction disturbs you then you will never be able to carry on your work for long term.
How Addiction and Diet Affect Your Working Hours: –
Look, we know how addiction distracts us, due to which we are never able to focus on our work. And when we control our addiction up to a certain limit, just by controlling our addiction, we take work away from ourselves for a particular hour. Just like if someone controls his addiction for a particular duration, then he devotes the rest of the time to his work. So, sometimes a person can work for 4 hours without addiction, and sometimes for 8 hours.
These working hours without addiction can be different for everyone. And for many people 8 hours of addiction free time is enough, that they can complete their work in that time by focusing. In these 8 hours of work, they also complete all their important works. Then after 8 hours, whatever they want to do, they also get addicted to some kind of thing. But it does not matter to them, because those people complete their daily tasks very comfortably.
Now here we take out some hours for ourselves by controlling our addiction. Due to which we are able to do our work also. Because then we knew, didn’t we, that we have to give priority to our work. And we keep our self in such an environment, where we cannot get any other kind of addiction in that environment. Like coaching, working job location, library or etc.
In this way when you come to your working environment, then you can control your addiction very comfortably. But when your body has to face any diet related problems, then you have to leave that environment. Then due to problems in such situations, the chances increase that you will start repeating that addiction again. When you leave your working environment to solve your health problem.
Dieting Problem Affect Your Working Hours. So Take Care Of Your Digestion For More Than 4 Hours of Working: –
Now here you have controlled your addiction on your working stations. Here in your working environment you have completed your work for 4 hours without any digestive problems. But as your 4 hours are about to complete, then you start having digestive issues and some physical issues also start. Now you will take care of your physical issues by doing exercise, during your lunch time.
But how will you solve your digestive issues? For that you will have to leave your working station during your lunch break. If you do have such facilities at your working place, you can solve your digestive issues comfortably. And when you leave your working place, it may happen with you that you start doing your addiction, along with solving those problems.
Now just like you have figured out your addiction very comfortably, how do you control it. When you are doing your work, even if you are enjoying doing that work, you ignore your addiction knowingly. Because whatever pleasure you get in doing that addiction, you are able to get the same pleasure from your work. But when you have to leave your working environment due to some reason.
Then you slowly create the same addiction environment for yourself automatically. So, in such a situation you will have to create some of your work in such a way that you can work for longer hours. And you do not have to leave your working station.
Take Care of Your Digestive Health and Be Patient For While You Are on The Diet: –
See, here you have to figure out these things yourself, what type of food suits your body. If you do not like the normal home food or the outside hotel food, then you will have to make some changes in your diet. Now eating outside is acceptable sometimes, but not everyday. Hence you have to experiment on a daily basis, as to what type of diet you should take, so that you can work properly for longer at the working stations.
Now here you have to experiment different types of diet on your body, which diet makes your body work in a better way. Diet like:- Vegan Diet, BRAT Diet, BLEND Diet, Paleo Diet or etc. Experiment your body with all kinds of diets. You will easily figure out which diet will be suitable for your body.
And you will then be able to do your work comfortably for 12-16 hours. There is no need to worry too much, you will slowly figure out on your own which diet is right for your body. You just have to be patient. And one day you will yourself be included in the category of those people who can work comfortably for a long duration. Where now you are able to work only for 4-5 hours.
When you will get the perfect diet, then you will come to know what mental peace is. Similarly, your diet will also start giving you physical peace. And when you do any work by combining your physical and mental peace, then you will be able to do any work with great ease.
