See, sleep is very important in our life, which we cannot control, now if you get some disease then that’s a different matter. But sleep is very important for a healthy human body, a normal human being cannot control sleep like other things. Most of the digestive activities and recharge of the body begins during sleep. Because human body produces different kinds of hormones during sleeping time, which recharge the human body.
And when we wake up after sleeping, then you feel fresh. But the problem here arises when you sleep too much, and this sleep starts creating hurdles in your work. Then all your work remains incomplete. So, controlling sleep here becomes very important.
How Much Sleep Human Actually Needs: –
Now naturally and scientifically people say that generally humans should take 7 to 9 hours of daily sleep. When person hears this, it feels like you have to spend 7 to 9 hours of your day in this sleep. Then also add the time for eating, drinking, bathing, etc. And if you go to work somewhere and you stay away from your family or you go to school-college daily. Then you start needing 7 to 9 hours in such situations. Then half of your day, that is 10-12 hours, will be spent in doing the daily basic work.
And you will not be able to concentrate properly on other things in a better way. Because then you will keep everything in your mind, and you will not find time to try those things. And a different kind of guilt also starts developing inside you, which keeps demotivating us on a daily basis. This is bound to happen, when we want to learn some new things in life.
When you are not able to learn those things then so many thoughts start coming to your mind. Like, “I don’t know, how people achieve things in such a short period of time.” And then you start breaking all your connections with people and you isolate yourself. Then now you don’t spend time with your friends, relatives, family like you usually do. Even after trying all these things, we are not able to control our sleep. Then we get further disappointed and start doubting our decision even more.
Experiment for Controlling Sleeping Hours: –
So, now there is only one solution to control sleep, that is you experiment with your human body with the help of alarm device. And after some time, you will start waking up even without an alarm. Because by then your body will have got used to waking up after sleeping within a limited time period.
Here in the experiment, you have to first experiment whether you are able to wake up after sleeping within 4 hours or not. I am saying 4 hours because scientifically our deep sleep state is for 2 hours, and it is different in everyone’s case. So, everyone has to check the time period of deep sleep of their own human body by experimenting with their own body. And otherwise, it is for everyone for 2 hours only.
So, when you start sleeping, never try to control your sleep for 1-2-3 hours. It happens sometimes that when your body has taken proper rest, then sometimes 2-3 hours of sleep is sufficient. So, that’s why when you set an alarm to sleep for 4 hours, you will comfortably do this experiment with your body. And when you wake up for 4 hours with the help of alarm, remember that you have set multiple alarms back-to-back here. Only then you will be able to wake up in 4 hours.
It also happens that, if your deep sleep is more than 2 hours in comparison to other people. Your body will inform you itself when you do this experiment. And the game of deep sleep here is that, when you are in deep sleep then you neither hear the sound of the alarm. This you will understand everything yourself after 2-3 days of experiment.
After Experiment You Figure out, how Much sleep your Body Actually Needs: –
In such a situation you have to increase your sleeping period. Now you had set an alarm for 4 hours. Then you need to set an alarm for 4.5 hours, then for 5 hours, then for 5.5 hours and then for 6 hours. When you try to wake up your body from sleep on these different alarm slots.
You will easily figure out yourself whether you need 4 hours or 4.5 hours, 5 hours or then 5.6 to 6 hours of sleep. And once you figure out, how many hours of sleep your body needs. Then you can schedule all your work. When you go to bed to sleep, then you have to lie down on your bed with your eyes closed.
But remember you must not open your eyes. Even if you keep overthinking something with your closed eyes. Remember you have to keep your eyes closed gently, do not close your eyes by creating pressure. You will observe that if you lie down on your bed with your eyes closed for 1 to 1.30 hours. You would have slept very comfortably.
And at whatever time your alarm rings, by that time your sleep would be fully completed. If sleep breaks in between, then you have to again repeat the same habit of sleeping on the bed with eyes closed gently. Then you will fall asleep within 1 to 1.30 hours. And keep in mind that till the sleeping time, which you have set in your alarm, is over.
