How to work 8 hours a day with social media addiction

See, you can do 4 hours of work very comfortably. But when you want to work after 4 hours, then your main problem begins. Because when you wake up in the morning, you do your work very comfortably for 4-5 hours without any distraction. 

But when you want to work for next 4 hours more, then you are not able to work properly. This happens because, in the starting 4 hours you somehow start doing your work. And you also complete your daily 4 hours task. 

Now the problem arises here when you see that you are not able to do your work in the remaining 8 hours which you want to do. 

The reason is that the lunch break time you get, instead of recharging your body and mind, you use that time to do other types of work.

What to do in your lunch break after work of 4-4.5 hours:-

Now here you should know that you have worked hard for 4 hours. So, when you are using your mind for 4 hours, then you must have used your mind in some way. So, after every 4 hours you have to give rest to your body and mind for about 1 hour.

And you will easily figure out, for how many hours your body and your mind support you in doing your work. Sitting on some bodies is also given for a longer duration like continuously for 8-8 hours.

But you do not have to do this, because our body does not have to be given more than 4-4.5 hours of sitting and when your one sitting of 4-4.5 hours is completed. Then you have to do some light exercise of the whole body for 10-15 minutes at normal room temperature. Also, you have to freshen up well, take a shower etc.

You have to take a bath and eat light food and then directly take a nap of 30-35 minutes or close your eyes. And go take the nap after setting an alarm for at least 30-40 minutes. if you fall asleep while doing these 4 hours of closing your eyes, then you will at least get up after sleeping. Then you go to your office or where you work like office-college etc.

In this way you will improve your mental health as well as your physical health. And you have to do this exercise, freshen up and take a shower every 4-5 hours.

After 4-5 Hours Work do not Scroll Digital Devices:-

See, when we consume digital content, only dopamine is released inside us. But when we exercise, many hormones flow inside us like dopamine, adrenaline, serotonin, endorphins. And many types of hormones flow, which are many more than the hormones that flow after you consume digital content

And your digestive system also becomes unstable by sitting for 4-5 hours, do a particular sitting. Therefore, it becomes important to clean the digestive system. And by taking a shower there you start feeling even more fresh at the body level. When you take a nap for 30-40 minutes, you also get recharged both physically and mentally.

Then when you again start your studies or other types of work, you put more mind into that work and do it. In this way you start working properly in the next 4 hours also. So, in this way you do another 4 hours of work in a day after the lunch break.

And if you have a lot of exercise work to do, then you can leave the exercise work during lunch break. Then do other types of work like having stomach fresh, taking shower, taking nap very comfortably. And you can start your work again.
