See, here you can do only that work for long term, which you enjoy doing. But one thing is certain here, you have to do the work. Where you have to devote 4 hours out of your 8 hours in the morning for blogging. Then you have to devote the remaining 4 hours to complete your study work.
And when you get up after working for those 4 hours, then you have to do a lot of activities in that 1 hour. Like exercise, taking nap, eating food, keeping your digestive system healthy, these works have to be done. And then you have to sit down to do your work for the next 4 hours. Then you have to get up and exercise for some 5-10 minutes.
After finishing the exercise, you have to start doing whatever your hobby work is. Now it is your need to do physical exercise daily, this cannot be your hobby. Your hobby can be any game like cricket, kabaddi, badminton etc. So, you have to do this hobby work.
You start feeling fresh by doing hobby work. And then you take a shower and if possible take a nap for 30-40 minutes.
Then then start your study work. Now here you have to fix one thing that, in your 8 hours of work, you must do some such activities. Which allow you to recharge yourself in the 1-hour break that you get after those 4 hours. Some take a nap during lunch, if they feel that they have done too much mental work in these 4 hours.
Prioritize Your Mental And Physical Peace: –
Few people start reading books. Some people start eating their food. Few people do some physical activities like playing cricket, badminton etc. Some people take a shower after going home.
Few people talk to their special people. After having a meeting, when you have lunch, in these 4 hours, after doing your physical activities. You have to do all those activities which give peace to your mind. So, that you can manage the next 4 hours in a better way and your work also gets completed.
Meaning here you have to give priority to two things; one is your physical health and second your mental health. For physical health you can do physical exercise but for your mental exercise you will have to manage many things. And try to include those things for your mental peace which you can control. Meaning about which you are so sure that when you do those things, you can come back.
Meaning there should be a point of return in those things, there is no point of return. Now here are some mental works which if you start doing then you can stop them very quickly. Like: taking nap, clearing stomach issues, showering activity, performing your acting audition related work, eating food not making food, reading any kind of your notes or reading types of content. Like you can do many such activities.
Troublemaker Mental Activities: –
Now let us talk about all those mental activities, which whenever you try to do, you will never be able to return. Like drinking alcohol, scrolling social media, talking to a special person like boyfriend-girlfriend. You get addicted to something and then after that you do not know what you have to do. And you have made friends with such people in your working space that the 1-hour break you took to talk to, gets wasted in talking about useless things.
Believe me, do not keep connectivity with too many people at all, keep maximum 1-2 people in your life. There is no need to take the rest of the people too seriously. You should give priority to your mental peace. You will find many such people in your college life, school life, corporate life and all kinds of work.
There is no need to get too attached to those people. The one who is a permanent human being, who will mean genuine to you, he will come to you himself. You will not go there. Hence keep the best behavior but there is no need to get too attached to them.
Mindfully Choose Right People in Your Workstation: –
And sometimes it happens to a person that when things are troubling him, he handles them somehow. But when that person adds some such people in his life, whom he knows that they will make your life hell. So, identify those people and try to keep away from them. If you cannot be there physically, then at least stay away mentally and do not include them in any area of your life.
They will understand on their own that they do not need you. And even if he comes to join your life, you have to clearly say no. If possible then you have to repel that place itself. Because you know that such a person has cheated many people.
Now there can be two people here who can disturb you mentally, one is the other people and the other is you. You can easily control the person in front of you by becoming an introvert or by making your personality such that the person in front of you will not talk to you. And when a person has such a personality, then he does not try to get into an argument with the person in front of you again. Even if he does, then he knows that he is not going to get anything from you.
And especially he has cheated such people, whom you consider your special ones. So, you should try that due to some greed of yours, you have not added such people, who are disturbing your life. That is why you have to maintain a distance from such people.
Managing People in During 8 Hours of Work-
As long as you do not spoil the situations. So, here one thing you have to keep in mind is that, when you eliminate all the distractions in front of you and this external world. Then if you make your life hell, then the reason for it will be you yourself. So, now you should figure out those personal level things, which if you do during your 1 hour break, then you cannot come back to complete your 8 hours work.
There can be different things for everyone here, so how those people should handle those things, this will have to be figured out by themselves. Like many people start scrolling social media during lunch time, so such an environment will have to be created for them that they can not watch any entertainment things during lunch time. Now I am not talking about giving up the mobile completely. But at least in that 1 hour time period we can break our mobile addiction.

Rest of the time when the work of 4 hours is completed, then you can use your mobile. For now, at least create some breaking point so that your peaceful state is maintained. You can also use an alarm system for yourself, which will keep telling you that now you can do this work. And keep a separate alarm device here, do not use mobile alarm.
Because if you have to go somewhere during your lunch break and you have to return before the lunch break is over. Then in such a situation you can take your alarm device or any other keypad mobile without internet connection. You can also install your alarm system in that. And you can also try to come back within a particular time.

Because when you leave your smartphone and mobile somewhere, during your lunch time, anywhere here, then you will go there wearing a wristwatch, so that you know the time. You have to stay away from the internet for some time so that you can concentrate properly on your work. That is why you have to use hand watches. As for using social media, you have to use it after your 8 hours of work is over.
